The Covered Bridge

Hello My Friends,

I don't know about ya'll but it is getting crunch time!! I am sure you have been busy getting your home all decked out for the holidays. I know I have!! My goodness where did the time go?
I have been checking out all of your holiday inspirations, and WOW! Your homes are beautiful!!! For some odd reason I have not been able to leave comments on some blogs that I get to choose my profile, but I have been admiring all of your magical touches!!

Here is just a "touch" of my decorating in my dining/kitchenette room. I have LOTS more to show you and anxious to see yours!

This plate reminded me when Mr. Me and I went up north to NH for vacation. I can just imagine that bridge covered in snow.

THE COVERED BRIDGE

"What stories could these bridges tell
If they could only talk?
They'd tell us of the ones who rode
And those who had to walk,
The rich, the poor....those in-between
Who used their planks to cross,
The soldiers, farmers, businessmen
In buggies, sleighs, by "hoss",
Like sentinels these bridges stand
In spite of flood and fire,
Their rugged, stalwart strength remains
Our future to inspire."

Keep Inspiring!!
